Large, elegant and quiet flat located in the heart of the historic centre of Naples, close to Piazza Dante and Via Toledo and just a few metres from Spaccanapoli, the street that cuts the city in two and leads to San Gregorio Armeno, the famous street of cribs. Casa Latilla is located on the second floor of an elegant building, dating back to the early 18th century and equipped with a courtyard, doorman and elevator. The structure is built on two floors. On the lower floor there is a living room finely furnished and finished in every detail, a spacious kitchen fully equipped, a bathroom with shower, bidet and sink and a bedroom for two people with a loft for an additional bed. On the upper floor there is a second bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry room. In the house you can enjoy a Wifi Fastweb connection (fibre optics), two air conditioners, radiators, two TVs and much more. One of the main reasons for choosing Casa Latilla is certainly the centrality of the flat, located in a "strategic" position, since the historic centre can be visited entirely on foot, while if you want to move to visit other areas, you can take public transport which are very close to the house. Within a radius of 100 metres there are the underground lines 1 and 2, the Cumana, the Funicular and the bus stop, which allows you to leave without a car. If we combine this with a large, clean, well-kept and comfortable flat, we can evaluate it as an ideal flat to make your stay in Naples unforgettable!

Excellent location within walking distance to several attractions and only a 3-5 minute walk to the Metro. Grocery store right around the corner. Comfortable and spacious apt with very attentive host. Gave a 4 because the apartment could use some minor cosmetic updates. Despite that I would stay here another month!

Perfect Location

Wonderful host, easily available, apartment was pleasant and very clean. The description implies there are 4 bedrooms and later indicates 2. The twin beds are very small and not standard in size.We did loved the setup and felt very safe.

Appartement parfait dans le centre.

Tout d'abord l'emplacement : en plein centre historique, lieu très vivant et où l'on trouve un supermarché bien achalandé à une mn à pied, un bar à vins bio, Indovino, juste à la sortie de l'immeuble, un petit resto bio à côté, un marchand de légumes au coin de la rue. Sur la place Dante, à 5mn à pied, le métro, parfait pour rejoindre Garibaldi et la Circumvesuviana, La via Pignasecca et ses commerces de bouche et la station Montesanto pour prendre le funiculaire pour le Vomero sont également à quelques minutes. Si la rue est très animée, l'appartement est très calme et extrêmement propre. Petit conseil : faites le plein de pièces de 10cm d'euros pour l'ascenseur qui est payant quand le gardien est là.Quant à l'appartement, il est vaste, les lits sont très bons, la salle et son balcon filant très agréables, les deux salles de bains bien pratiques. Au niveau de la deuxième chambre double, on trouve également une petite buanderie qui donne sur une mignonne terrasse avec table et chaises.Le seul point qui pourrait être amélioré est l'équipement de la cuisine mais il y a tellement de bons petits restaurants et snacks qu'on ne cuisine pas tellement En bref, un excellent séjour, que je recommande.

Great Location

We enjoyed our three nights in Napoli, found the flat very much to our liking. It's comfortable and quiet, well supplied and has plenty of room. I loved the high--very high!--ceilings and doors. The balcony was a great place for people watching. There are many cofffee bars and restaurants in the area, and a supermarket just around the corner. The archeological museum is an easy walk away.Piero is a kind and welcoming host, a very nice man. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Fantastic stay in Napoli

This has been one of our best accomodation experiences. Right from the booking the communication was excellent with clear directions how to get there and back up direct contact. Pietre was very informative and goes to great lengths to ensure the stay is comfortable with small touches such a tea and a great coffee machine. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with local recommendations. A very good stay and highly recommended.

Very pleasant apartment

Casa Latilla is ideally situated, in a central location with easy access to the main sites of Napoli. Although in a busy district, the flat is very pleasant and quiet. The high ceiling and windows make it charming. Piero our host was very pleasant and helpful in welcoming us to his place, which I truly recommend.

Naples Vacation

Booking with Piero was seamless and he was really helpful. He was attentive when needed and was very responsive! The apartment had lots of amenities and was in a good area, very close to a supermarket! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples!

Grand, clean and modern inside

We loved being able to step away from the beautiful energy of Naples to retreat to the home. The bathrooms were modern and spacious and every room in the home had character. The tall doors and ceilings provided a grand feeling of luxury.

Appartement confortable

Appartement pratique et confortable. Un supermarché est tout proche. L’hôte est très réactif en cas de besoin. Pour améliorer encore cette location il faudrait prévoir un peu plus d’ustensibles de cuisine (des poêlés notamment) et prévoir une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser les habits.

Wonderful stay !

Centrally located - this apartment was perfect for my husband and I to explore Naples, visit the local sites and enjoy the local restaurants. Right near the Dante subway we were able to travel by train to Pompei and Herculeum - a very easy ride. Piero was a fabulous host and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Apartment is clean and well stocked kitchen. Thank you so much for a wonderful time !

The unit was very clean and well maintained. Loved that the host had restaurants and activities written on a chalk board. There are steps to master bedroom. Only complaint was the extemely rough towels. Definitely needed softner.

Comfortable and convenient

The apartment is just as pictured, definitely more than enough for 2 people. And the location was surprisingly quiet even with all the Vespas and cars passing by downstairs and I'm a light sleeper! The host was very helpful and accommodating, he was quick to respond to my questions. The location was central to where we wanted to explore so that was a plus. And the food suggestions on his chalkboard was super useful! If we're ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stay here, again.

Die Kaffeemaschine hat nicht funktioniert. Irgendwo ist ein Leck und Kaffee lief daneben. Bei der Sitzgruppe fehlt ein Tischchen. Es ist auch kein weiterer Stuhl vorhanden. 6 Personen und 6 Stühle. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Amazing stay in the heart of historic Naples

We came with family. There were four adults. We all had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pierro was an amazing host. He was very attentive and seemed to truly care about our experience. Be sure to try the hamburger place just around the corner from the apartment. It was amazing! And a very nice grocery store is very close by. You will be very close to the metro which was the nicest metro we have ever experienced.
