Lovely! Spacious clean unit with easy access to the beach and turtle cove right in the backyard. Only complaint which had nothing to do with the unit itself, the bbqs were out of order and we were not told by the check in office….and the property manager had no idea. We didn’t find out until we had a plate full of ribs to bbq . The unit itself was perfect and the property manager was always in contact. Nest place to watch the sunset.

Quiet, Clean & Well furnished Unit

Great location in West Maui. One of the best units we have stayed in while visiting Hawaii. Mgmt Company proactive in communicating property and check-in/check out details. Quick responses to questions. Very pleasant to work with. Unit reflects pride of ownership of owners. Well furnished, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great property in great location

We have stayed in a different apartment in Napili point and B35 was much nicer! The beds and furniture were comfortable and the apartment was stocked with 4 beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and an umbrella and beach tent (although both were broken). Two minisplit ACs keep the bedroom and living area cool. We did find it difficult to get in touch with property management in a timely manner - both when we wanted to check in about 10 mins early so my 3 yr old daughter could use the bathroom and to let them know we did not have sheets for the pull out couch. Neither were addressed for several hours.

Lovely condo for a small family or a couple - great location with a walk out patio overlooking the pool. Snorkeling in the cove right out the door and within walking distance to Napili Bay. Lots of upgrades in the condo and very clean. We’ll definitely book this unit again for our next trip to the island.

Maui vacation

The check in process and communication was excellent! The addition of electric window coverings made a big difference with the sun and cooling off the place in the afternoon. Great amount of chairs and umbrellas. Towels were fluffy and abundant beach towels. The bonus was we were refunded one nights stay due to having to fly home a day early due to a funeral. That was unexpected. We enjoyed our stay!

Napili Point is our new favorite!

The property and location of Napili Point was wonderful, very beautiful and relaxing. The condo had everything we needed to feel like home for our 2 week stay. Lots of places to eat and grab coffee all within short walking distance.

Really Good Location

Had a very good stay for most part. We had construction next door the whole time - which was irritating. Wish we had known about that. The construction crew was staying in the condo - and they smoked frequently on their patio. We complained to them and manager on-site. This helped the situation some but did not eliminate the problem. Had some problems with cable TV and linens but the property manager was very helpful and punctual.

Sweet gem in good location

Place was clean and the view was good. The snorkeling in the bay within the property was amazing and filled with large sea turtles. Pool was clean and the outdoor grills were clean and easy to use. Conveniently located to Napili Bay and Kapalua with some great hikes within walking distance. WiFi was good as well.

Quiet Private bay/Cove

IF you want privacy and your own cove that is shared with a small number of residents, this is your place. The condo is well stocked and only requires groceries to be "good to go". Restaurants are as close as 50 feet from the property (the 5315 restaurant). There are larger more resort-style places (Kapalua) in the area, but they have a lot more people and are within walking distance. We snorkeled in the small bay cove and saw lots of fish and sea turtles. However, the best snorkeling is with a catamaran trip with Teralini or going to Black Rock. Both are in a 15-20 driving distance.

Lovely place

We truly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is very well appointed with a brand new and very comfortable mattress, luxurious bath towels, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommended.

Well-appointed rental in beautiful location

The condo has a beautiful view of Honokeana Bay, which offers some of the best snorkeling on the island (can be challenging to get down there, as the neighboring resort has blocked public access to the beach, but there are a few paths that will get you down safely). We found everything very comfortable and really enjoyed having the kitchen available.

Nice View but it needs TLC.

Listing says 'hot tub', it definitely does not exist. The bed is a king from over 15 years ago and two people will not sleep comfortably on it. We were there 11 nights, i moved to the couch on the 3rd night after 2 nights of back issues with the bed not level. the property manager sent someone by to examine the bed and he even he was surprised to see how old the bed looked with rips on all sides of the bottom of the mattress and no tag with a date to know how old it was. there is no 'easy' direct access to the ocean, you have to walk around to the public beach entrance. rocky cove is quite dangerous to get into that bay. toilet is not seated fully to the ground, noticed first time sitting on it. Later we found out that it has a small leak coming from it. I thought about reporting it but was tired of the place and didn't need any more interruptions on our final days. I am only giving 2 stars based on value for amount spent. They are mostly charging for the 'view' and for me, I would also like to sleep in the same bed with my wife without back pain in the morning. Couch has a sofa bed but I don't trust those so i just slept on the top of couch since it was firm enough.
