"When we arrived check in procedure said to locate our parking pass inside condo, no other information. I looked, couldnt find it, when called i was just told it could be on the door or in a jar. Never found. Ac remote didnt work so we could never turn it down below 77. Called, was told theyd send someone out. Never did. Wanted to relax on first night from a long day, nothing on the tv worked properly. Netflix required me to upgrade my personal account to be able to use. Hulu was not installed....

"First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use. The view of Napili Bay and out to the ocean was amazing. We could watch whales breaching right...

"Great location! Easy to get down to snorkel with the turtles and great view of the ocean and cove! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. There were seasonings, but no oil or foil/plastic wrap. Loved that there was a Brita for water! Furniture was very comfortable. Only drawbacks are no A/C (which wasn't a problem in March), but I would not stay here when it's hotter. However, there is a GREAT breeze that blows through the condo and ceiling and portable fans too....
