"The most disappointing Vrbo stays we’ve ever had. When we first arrived, there was a dirty, used towel left on the sofa but we didn’t say anything to be polite. That night, around 2–3 AM, we were woken up by two large bugs crawling on us while we were in bed. It was genuinely disturbing and made it impossible to sleep.
