Wake Up to the Ocean View Suite A

Enjoy Island life at the Pacific Shores Resort in Nanoose Bay. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities such as the pool, hot tub, gym, shared BBQ, and fire bowl. This 1 bedroom, ocean facing condo is family friendly and will accommodate up to 4 guests; there is a pull out queen couch in the living room. The suite is pet friendly and is set up to offer short or longer term stays. Nearby are beaches, hiking trails, kayaking, scuba diving, paddle boarding, artisan markets, and golf.

Welcome to Ocean View Suite A. This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.

The suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Your stay includes access to the resort amenities. There are pool towels in the suite for guests to use.

This one bedroom suite is fitted with a king bed. The bathroom that doubles as an ensuite has his & her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The bathroom offers a privacy door to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. Bathroom essentials are provided: shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

The living room features a fireplace, Smart TV, and pictures windows with gorgeous views of the ocean and the westcoast surroundings. The living room offers a pull-out that sleeps 2 people. Guests can enjoy year-round access to the covered deck from the living room. The deck is furniture with 4 outdoor chairs and a patio table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with standard size appliances to allow guest to cook and dine in. Complimentary coffee and sugar are provided. Guest can enjoy their meals at the dining table that can double as a work space for those guests working mobile.

Guests are welcome to use the In-suite washer/dryer. Complimentary laundry detergent is provided.

If you are looking for accommodate up to 8 people,
Suite (A) can be combined with the adjoining suite (B) which offers a 1 room hotel style suite with a king size bed, pull-out couch, and a full bathroom. Suite B comfortably sleeps 4 people. Please contact us for more details.

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE *** If you plan to use the hide-a-bed in the living room, please message us so we know to leave out bedding for you.

RESORT FEATURES:
Indoor pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub and fitness center. *Please note that the pool is closed every 4th Monday for servicing.

235 A is located on the 3rd floor of the Creekside Building.

Suite 235 A has a private entrance.

Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.

Guests will recieve a custom door code on the day of arrival.

Guests can use the stairs or the elevator to access the suite.

The parkade is located across from the Creekside building; parking is free there is no assigned parking. Oversize parking is located in the gravel parking lot at the entrance of the Resort.

Guests staying at Pacific Shores resort have access to resort amenities such as pools, beach areas, and seasonal equipment (e.g., kayaks, paddleboards). Please note that these amenities are operated and managed directly by the resort. While they are typically available during peak seasons, we do not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.

235 A is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.

Guests will correspond with the Host and members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The condo is privately owned and not associated with the resort. Please contact the Host during your stay for all inquiries.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not permitted inside the condo or on the deck. These activities are allowed only in designated smoking areas on resort property.

Please refrain from playing loud music on the deck to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Noise Notice:
As this is part of a shared resort building, you may occasionally hear sounds from neighbouring suites or the B-side.

Food & Drink:
Guests are kindly asked to take all leftover food and beverages with them upon departure.

Pet Policy:
One well-behaved dog (maximum 22 inches at the shoulder) is welcome per group.
A $150 pet fee applies.
Pets must not be left unattended in the suite.
Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

Shellfish Policy:
Live shellfish are strictly prohibited in the building. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to fines as per strata regulations.

Pool Towels:
Pool towels are provided in the suite for your convenience. The front desk does not supply pool towels to guests.

Amenity Keycard:
The amenity keycard must be returned to the suite before check-out. If the card is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged. Please note that the front desk does not issue or replace amenity keycards.
- Please do not wear your shoes inside the suite.
- Please be reminded that this property is non-smoking, please do not smoke or vape inside or on the patios.
- All trash and recyclables are to be removed from patio please.
- Noise bylaws are in effect between 10pm to 8am, please respect the neighbours
- No live shellfish is allowed inside the suite. If you go shellfishing, do not leave remnants of shells or shellfish on the property. Please return the shells to the beach or take them with you. If there are remnants of shellfish on the property, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.


When checking-out, please remember to,
- Start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes
- Start a load of towels in the washer
- Please return the amenities key card to the counter
- If you used the pull-out couch, remove the bed sheets and mattress cover and re-assemble couch.
- Take the garbage and recycling to the commercial bin located beside the parkade. Liquor bottles, beer cans, soda cans go in the commercial bin as well.
- Sign out of your Netflix account.
- Please take any left-over food with you when checking out of the house.
- Upon departure, turn off all the lights inside the suite, close and lock windows and doors, and turn off the fireplace. Turn off fans and turn down the heat.

Please let us know when you check out and the cleaning team can get ready for the next guest.

Outstanding stay!

My daughter and I spent an amazing three nights in this lovely unit. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed with everything we needed (and more) and the location was fantastic! Amazing panoramic water view from the living room and balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. Pet friendly location as well and our little pup loved all the beach walks and the many walking trails. We didn’t have time to try all the amenities, but the pool and hot tub looked great! Overall it was an outstanding stay and Heidi made the check in process seamless. Highly recommend!

Perfect summer time

This apartment is just amazing. It has everything you need for a great vacation. It's clean and spacious. The bed is super comfy. It's just like described on the website except better. The apartment is located in a resort where we had access to the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi, outdoor jacuzzi, pingpong table, pool table, tennis, walking paths, sunset decks...there are also kayaks, paddle boards (but limited to the tide times and for off season just available during the weekend). The communication with our host was also great.
