Palacios en Nanjing

"Perfect."

"Beautiful hotel. Near a lot of attractions, shopping and transit. Refrigerator in the room did not keep anything cold."

"Nice room and free amenities."

"The bed is hard and old mattres. The room temperature control doesnt Work, it has central air conditioning, so my room was 30 C. I have stayed there before and had the same problem with temperature. "

"Buena relación costo beneficio "

"breakfast here is. really really good. wide selection and tasty rooms were slightly dated looking, but still pretty good staff was mostly good but not so interactive (maybe didnt want to engage in english too much). cleaning staff was a bit aggressive though, kept wanting to take my towels and replace stuff etc even thogugh I had the DND sign on and generally do not really want my room entered during my stay. I think they at least waited until i was in my room before trying to see if they...

"This was a great hotel to stay if needing to be near the airport. Lots around, good breakfast and the staff were so helpful! We asked for late check out which they easily helped us with. Quite new hotel/facilities and big rooms."

"In room laundry and coffee machine. Supper nice staff"

"Que hotel!! No se arrepentirá!"

"muy buena"

"El hotel esta increíble. Gran diseño. Excelente servicio y buena ubicación."

"My original reservation was a room not as big as the picture showing on the website, so I switched to a bigger room which I enjoyed the spacious room very much. The breakfast is good with variety of choices, and the staff are always helpful and polite, not to mention that the subway is located in the B1 of the hotel for easy access. A 5 stars experience for me."

"Convenient location. Facilities are clean.! Breakfast is good, but the hotel charged RMB 78 yuan each meal. Front desk is very helpful, and also arrange taxi for me to go to the airport."

"I had to pay 50% more for a extra baby bed and when I ask for a hard pillow they refused. The room smell of cigarettes and smoke."
