Ingen i hotellet pratade engelska. Jag rapporterade att duschen var trasigt och då kommer en trött städare och gör inget. Lämnade in min kostym till hotellet för express kemtvätt som ska ta 4 timmar och det kostar 50% mer, direkt när jag kom till hotellet och informerade att jag har möte som börjar ...

Vienna Hotel
I reserved & paid for the stay to Hotels.com online but the front desk staff insisted that I should pay again at the property. She said the payment to Hotels.com was merely to secure the room & Hotels.com will refund me. This is something new to be me after tens of reservations with Hotels.com.

Aishang Hotel (Nanchang Bayi Square Longevity Palace Branch)
Front desk very friendly and helpful to make the accommodation very comfortable, also let us check in early and check out little late. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable let us have a nice rest after to much walking around in Nanchang.
