"Overall, my stay was satisfactory, but the hotel felt quite standard and did not particularly stand out.
The room was clean and functional, but I found it a little dated and darker than I had expected. While the bed was comfortable enough, the room lacked the warmth and character that I experienced at some of the other hotels during my trip.
The staff were professional and check-in was straightforward. I did not use the breakfast or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on those.

"This is an authentic Japanese Ryokan, where you sleep on mats on the floor. We used three mats each to be comfortable. The room was spacious. The bathroom is immaculate and we loved using the onsen or hot bath. The Japanese breakfast was absolutely delicious and included a great variety of foods. The staff was gracious and very helpful. We could store our luggage and they got us a taxi when we left. I highly recommend this place for an authentic Japanese inn experience. It is literally across...

Hotel: Very clean and new and has a nice breakfast buffet included. Had a room with a nice view over the city and the mountains.
