"I booked via Expedia but when I arrived at the property the security guard at reception knew nothing about me or the booking. I was the 2nd person whom this same thing happened to. I ended up staying somewhere else because I could not access my room. shocking service, These people shpudl be kicked off Expedia instead of messing people around."

"The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars. The apartment itself is very spacious with great furnishings and well looked after. I'd definitely stay there again anytime. Negatives were small, like the TV was not big and the wifi slow, but we did not really spend that much time using those in any case. "We spent the month of Feb here. It was perfect for us to explore the city in the mornings and relax by the pool in the afternoons. Furniture was comfortable and all appliances worked well. We never did rent a car, as most of Windhoek’s sights were within a 20 min walk, and the grocery store and many restaurants were within a 10-min walk. Safe neighborhood. Lastly, you will never find a VRBO host as helpful and responsible as Franklin. Thanks for a great experience!"

"We only stayed at the property for one night as a stopover between tours. The place is nice and very conveniently located within walkable distance to the few sights there are to see in Windhoek, and some restaurants and coffee shops. I got e-mails with two different unit numbers so there was some confusion at the check-in which one was the correct one. Also, the electric meter was not "filled up" so the security person had to contact the property manager to do that in order for us not to run out...

"Habitación muy bien equipada con todas las comodidades y muy limpia. Mucha tranquilidad con tu propia terracita para disfrutar las vistas. Piscina perfecta para relajarte por la tarde.La ubicación es increíble , muy muy cerca de la puerta del Parque. La cena es el Lodge de al lado , un buffet muy rico y variado. El desayuno también muy bueno. Pero lo mejor sin duda es el personal que son unos excelentes profesionales que te ayudarán siempre con una sonrisa."
