The Sandbar Life is a modern second row Beach home furnished and decorated to provide you a fun and relaxing vacation. There is composite deck furniture to enjoy the beautiful sunsets and a view of the ocean. This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 3 level beach home located in Dolphin Run at the Village of Nags Head which includes access to the Village Beach Club, Private Community Club House with Restaurant and Olympic size Oceanfront Pool, Tennis courts, private beach parking and access in season. The main level is open with Ocean views with gas fireplace in the Family Room and extra large dinning room table for 10. The Sandbar has its own private Hot Tub and is pet friendly. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The second floor has a laundry room with washer and dryer. First floor master bedroom with en-suite . The Sandbar has ocean views from the rear decks and is only a short, less than 2 min, walk to beach. Covered parking and private drive way for vehicles. The Sandbar is located in a cul-de-sac and has a private basketball goal. Everything you need to enjoy or relax is close by, shopping, restaurants, attractions. Bedding: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins and 1 Pyramid Bunk with Trundle. Hot tub seats 6, 6 TVs, 6 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player, Video Library, Pack-n-play, Bikes, Outside shower, Charcoal Grill, Beach toys and chairs, wireless internet. Administration fee covers linens, cleaning, hot tub, towels, etc.

This was our first trip to the Outer Banks and working with Mr. Blunt made it so easy. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time. The hot tub is great and the master bedroom was absolutely perfect for my in-laws. Thank you so much.

Our stay at the “Sandbar” was perfect and exceeded expectations. This house has it all! The sandbar comes well stocked with EVERYTHING including beach toys, bikes for outdoor activities, to inside essentials like baby gates, high chair, booster seat, crock pot, air fryer. The house is updated with great TV setups for entertainment. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious and CLEAN. The beach is just a short walk away. outside the the is perfect with plenty of room for little ones to play on. The property is a short walk to the club house and pool as well!

House was very nice. Really liked the giant model sailboat and the second refrigerator. There were two negative. The ice maker in the main refrigerator doesn't work. Had to buy bags of ice. Also, one of the recliners in the living area opens but is extremely difficult/almost impossible to close. Overall a good stay.

Our family had an amazing first-time stay at Sandbar. Everything you could want in a beach house; this place has it!Sandbar is the most well-stocked beach house we have ever stayed at, from the kitchen (there's an air fryer!) to the living space to the shed. Heads up, the kitchen is on the third floor (which is also the main living level, including the living room and the primary king room). The house is spacious. Living room has lots of seating, games & DVDs. All of the bedrooms were nice and cozy. Mixed reviews on the mattresses, with some guests finding a few uncomfortable. I enjoyed the king mattress, but I can see why it needs an upgrade soon. In the primary bedroom, the door to the balcony was impossible to open. Not a big deal, as there is access off the kitchen.There’s a fire pit! So bring stuff for s'mores (left skewers in the bottom drawer to the right of the sink). 2 grills outside, a hot tub, lots of parking. The shed has a ton of beach equipment (chairs, toys, a beach cart, bikes & more).Floors are mostly hardwoods now. House was very clean. Would have never known it’s a pet friendly house as there wasn’t a trace of pet hair/fur and no smell whatsoever. Laundry room on the second floor with a second refrigerator/freezer. Cute decor throughout the house.Communication was easy and we were offered to extend our stay.The pictures don’t do it justice. So many additions/upgrades have been made. We would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great family vacation

This property was perfect for 3 generations of family and friends. We loved the layout. The location was excellent for us and the beach club pool was a great plus. We arrived before the check-in time and just hung out at the pool until it was time. The house is well-furnished and maintained. Everyone wants to come back next year!

We love Charles and his beautiful home. We have chosen his house the past 4 or 5 years. It works perfect for our family - me, my sister, my daughter and the 7 grandchildren. Everything we need is available and it couldn't be more perfect for us. The house if filled with all necessary and needed items and is in a perfect location. Working with Charles is always easy, professional and yet friendly and kind. we will be back again next year.

Canadian in nags head

All was well place was clean.only one thing the cleaning staff doesn't check the dryer. We could not get the filter out. There was so much lint in there .we had to take the vacuum and clean down into the bottom of the dryer

Fantastic vacation!

We had another awesome stay at The Sandbar Life! It's such a great house and the location is perfect. Charles has the house stocked with everything you need and he is always a quick text away in the event you need to get in touch. Highly recommend!

Prime Location

We were an extended family with 8 adults and 3 children. The Sandbar had bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The top floor bedroom and bathroom were wonderful. Some of the other beds were not as comfortable. The hot tub was a big hit with hurricane Debby hanging around. We loved the location by beach and clubhouse.

OBX family trip

We had a great family trip to Nags Head. Convenient location for beach access, grocery stores and restaurants. House had everything we needed. Enjoyed the community pool and hot tub at the house. Beach access was right across the street and was newly constructed with bathrooms.

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was perfect for our family and it had all the amenities we needed. With parking at the beach, access to the beach was simple and easy. In the 40+ years that we have vacationed on the Outer Banks this was one of our best experiences. This will be our top choice for a future vacation. George Tarnowski

Enjoyable stay! Great location!

Our party, that included adults to an infant, enjoyed our stay. Great location to everything you need or want! We loved the community pool and easy beach access. House comfortable fit us all with plenty of space. Hot tub was clean and loved using it! Only complaints were the house wasn't the cleaniest (i.e. we needed to sweep and wash some dishes), we only had one spare trash bag, and the bunk room mattresses weren't the best. We had issues with the smoke detectors going off due to sensor issues (we think). Charles was responsive to messages with me, however it was not resolved before we left. Overall, we would book again!

Everything you need and close to the beach

We were extremely pleased with our stay at The Sandbar. It had everything you needed and more. It was about a block from the beach and in a really safe area. They even had beach toys and beach chairs, so leave yours at home. The owner was extremely responsive to us prior to and during our stay. We couldn't be happier. The house was clean and included linens on the beds. We loved the proximity to everything. This is a great VRBO. We plan on staying again.

Back again. Feels like home.

Once again we retuned to true same house we’ve rented the past several years. It’s comfortable, clean, has everything we need. The location is perfect for us. It’s clean and ready. Charles always is just a text away and responds quickly. We love his home and that we can treat it like ours for a week every year. We wouldn’t go any where else. My self. My daughter and her two kids. My sister. My mother and 5 grandchildren I raise. 11 plus the dog and it’s perfect!!!!!
