Welcome to Ocean Pearl, a luxurious pet-friendly, eight-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Nags Head. With eight full baths and two half baths, stunning Atlantic Ocean views, and private beach access, this home offers the ultimate Outer Banks vacation experience for families and groups.
Nestled just minutes from top Outer Banks attractions, Ocean Pearl is within walking distance of Jennette’s Pier and the popular Sam & Omie’s Restaurant. Shopping enthusiasts will love being a quarter mile from the Nags Head Outlets, while those who enjoy delicious food can explore a variety of local dining options nearby.
This home has been thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The first level features three En Suite bedrooms, including a Double-Bunk Room with beach décor and a flat-screen TV, a King En Suite with views of the pool and beach walk, and another King En Suite with a spacious layout and a handicap-accessible shower. A Twin En Suite bedroom completes this level. The first level also includes a lounge area with a wet bar, sink, microwave, and mini fridge, making snacks and refreshments easily accessible.
On the second level, you will find two additional King En Suites. One offers semi-ocean views with access to the deck, while the other provides ample space to unwind and includes a flat-screen TV. This level is also home to a good time, featuring a recreation room with a pool table and foosball table, a theater room with a kitchenette perfect for movie nights, and a covered patio where you can savor the fresh ocean breezes.
The third level serves as the main living space, where breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean greet you from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open-concept layout allows you to cook, dine, and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing group meals, while the large dining table is perfect for gathering over a well-prepared dinner. Two King En Suites on this level, each with flat-screen TVs, ensure restful nights after busy beach days.
Step outside to your private oasis. The backyard boasts a heated swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach day, and direct beach access for endless sun and surf. A gas grill invites you to grill up some fresh seafood. Ocean Pearl offers the convenience of an elevator that provides access to all levels of the home.

Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/03/26 to 09/18/26 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.
Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
**Ocean Pearl is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**
Village Beach Club
Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 1.5 miles from Ocean Pearl.
This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.
Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.
Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is 10 am.
