Our home sits canal front in the heart of Nags Head, offering beautiful sunsets & sound views. We are surrounded by biking and walking areas, just under a mile from the beach. Launch kayaks directly from our backyard dock for a day of exploring the water, or take in the sound views from the screened in porch with your morning coffee. Enjoy sunset cruises on calm waters or try your luck catching local fish right off the dock. Jennette’s Pier, Jockey’s Ridge, & the Bodie Island lighthouse are all nearby if you’re in the mood for sightseeing. Whether you're an outdoor adventurer ready for jet skiing & surfing, or a culture lover drawn to historic sites like the Wright Brother’s Memorial, our location offers something for everyone.

You might find yourself on the deck enjoying a morning cup of coffee, an afternoon cocktail, or a nice dinner. Our layout provides a bright, open area, with kitchen, living, & dining areas centrally located in the house. The kitchen offers seating for eight with seating at the island & even more just outside. We are fully stocked for the chef in your group, with dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, electric range & oven, refrigerator/freezer, & countertop icemaker. We offer Smart TVs in the living area and the primarybedroom so you can bring your own accounts as well.

Downstairs on the ground-level, we have so much added outdoor living area for your enjoyment. Relax in the cozy sitting area or unwind in hammock chairs as you take a break from the sun. The spacious outdoor shower & dressing area provide comfort & privacy after a day at the beach, while the tiki bar is perfect for evening gatherings with your group.

We want everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, & maintenance repair personnel being able to maintain the house in tip top shape for you & your family in between renters. They do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am; departure instructions are included in your welcome letter & are also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. If requested, we will check with vendors to be sure their schedules can accommodate & if so, arrange payment. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a paid early check-in. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!
