Security deposit $500, (required), cleaning and linen service $220 (required), swimming pool may be heated for $230 plus tax. If booked,1/2 of payment due upon contract signing, balance of contract sum and security deposit due 40+ days prior to check-in. Security deposit cleared at end of stay if as expected there is no loss or damage. In Season -- Check-in Saturday at 4:00 p.m., Check-out Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Out of Season -- Check-in and Check-out days are flexible.
