  • As of July 1st 2026 beach renourishment is complete in front of our home, it is not in the construction zone. Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
    Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational.

    Exterior security cameras on property:
    Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).
    Minimum age of 24 to rent.

    Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
    unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this home. The neighborhood is in the perfect location and we hope to stay again in the future. With the ocean on one side and pickleball and a pool on the other, plus plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, many in walking distance, we had something for all right outside the door. Family favorites nearbyRestaurants-(breakfast/coffee) Morning View, Sea Level, (dinner) South of KDG, Single Fin, Black PelicanActivities-pickleball (the teens lived on the court and made some neighbor friends there), the dunes for sunset and kites, walking the cute shops in Duck, the littles loved the pool, and we all loved the beach.

Great Place to Stay in Nags Head

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This oceanfront location was the perfect place to stay! It’s a short walk/drive away from many fun things to do, not to mention the beautiful ocean views right from the house. It was very clean, and the owners checked in with us to make sure everything was good - we had a wonderful time!

Wonderfully Family Retreat in the perfect home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have no negative things to say!!! We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful, well-maintained beach house. There was simply nothing it was missing and we simply can’t wait to get back down there!!! We almost had our own little private beach, and were so comfortable we never wanted to leave. Don’t hesitate! Book now! We will surely be back!

Nice property in a great location

Can't wait to stay here again!

What a great location and home to stay in Nags Head. Our family had a wonderful time and the owner checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, arrangement and presentation for the home. We had a great time and hope to come back to this same location next Easter break!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was awesome. The ocean was a short walk down the property. The view was everything you could want for a beach vacation. I definitely recommend this property.

What a location!

The twin home was amazing! Right on the beach and in the center of Nags Head where all the fun is to be had. Would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!
