Located just a few steps from the beach with beautiful sunrises each morning and gorgeous sunsets over the Sound at night. For those seeking adventure, we are just minutes from deep-sea fishing charters, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, and Bodie Island Lighthouse. Grab a drink, enjoy a meal at sunset, and spend your time with us!

    As soon as you step into this beautiful four-bedroom, 1800+ square foot beach house, you will be greeted with all the modern amenities you need (including fast WI-FI). You'll be nestled among beautiful boho beach décor that will give you all the feels of beach life. With such an incredible location, you will be able to enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer, without any compromise on comfort.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes pots, pans, and every cooking essential. Slow down and enjoy family meals together around our large dining room table. What kind of vacation would it be without coffee? Start each morning off right with the perfect cup from our fully stocked coffee bar (coffee, cream, and sugar included). Swimin’ and A Boatin’ is all about making you feel right at home!

    The warm and inviting living room area features beautifully curated furniture and design elements that are sure to ignite the wanderlust within you. The living room is equipped with a TV with every internet channel desired and cable. Or for a more relaxing day, grab a book, get cozy, and enjoy the beautiful views from the spacious deck.

    In the bedrooms, find a soft place to land. We want you to experience a great night of sleep so that you can get back out and keep on exploring!

    In the bathrooms, you will find every amenity you need. We offer spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that will leave you feeling refreshed and pampered. We also offer a warm outdoor shower for you to rinse off the sand and salty water at the end of an amazing beach day. Towels and wash clothes are complimentary for each guest.

    Lastly, and most importantly, the outdoor space. Wake up early, grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the sunrise on the deck. Then grab a boogie board, surf board, or two, some sand toys, the beach towels (that we provide) and use our complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, and cart to head to the beach for an amazing day in the sun. In the evening grill out with the family and enjoy dinner while watching the sun go down over the Sound.

This was the absolute best place I’ve ever ever stayed. The house was fully-stocked, making packing so much easier and overall stress free. The private outdoor shower was fantastic for washing up the kids and their swimsuits after the beach. Everything you could possibly need was already there and carefully considered by the host. The beach itself felt private and exclusive. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The beds were comfortable. I would stay here again without question. It was a wonderful getaway with the family.

This is one of the nicest short term rentals I’ve ever stayed in; the price was very reasonable. The views were great. Very clean. The kitchen was completely renovated and had most everything we needed. Having 3 bathrooms was such a bonus. It was a very short stroll to get to the beach.We’ve always wanted to vacation somewhere we could take our dogs. Our doodle loved having all the windows to look out. They had a lot of fun. The only thing I would give other dog owners a heads up on is if they have a reactive dog like our terrier mix, some of the local residents let their dogs wander around the area without leashes. The dogs are very friendly as are just about everyone we encountered in the neighborhood but it was a minor thing we had to navigate around. If your dogs are social and get along well with other dogs they will enjoy it. I would 100% stay here again if I come back to the area in the future.
