"1)No mirror in the room except on the toilet 2)toilet amenities not enough 3)poor flow of water towards the drainage resulting slippery floor & “ stagnant “ water 4)ordered items arrived much earlier but reception staff failed to inform us, resulted in us wasting time waited anxiously & thought supplier “ scam” us ."

Me & my husband had a 2 hrs spa treatment that includes leg bath( just washing your feet - less than 2mins). 30 mins body scrub ( we only have less than 15 mins) And is very unprofessional & messy. 90 mins aromatherapy massage with hot oil. But the oil wasn't hot/warm. Diffenitely less than 60mins. Me & my hubby feels they just rush to finish. At the end we realised is exactly 2 hrs. But the conclusion is the 2 hrs it...

"Disappointing shuttle service Before arrival, I messaged the hotel several times to request pickup from the Batam ferry terminal, as the hotel advertised a complimentary pickup, but never received a response. We also requested the complimentary shuttle to the ferry terminal two days before departure, and the front desk acknowledged it. However, on the morning of departure, we discovered that no booking had actually been made. We also found out that the shuttle only goes to Harbour Bay Ferry...

"Check in not smooth at all. When to the room door cannot open room card issues. Aircon not cold at all funny noise from the Aircon .Safe box not working at all need to replace battery.. Phone to front desk not working at all. Need to go down and up the hotel to ask for help"
