"We stayed 3 nights. The check-in and out instructions were very clear and easy. We checked in after midnight and there were lights on for us. This rental is clean, spacious, and welcoming. The host is very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We would stay again."

"We stayed here while visiting our son at SFA, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is charming, spacious, close to campus, very clean and beautifully decorated. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like an extra air mattress and toiletries. "The home had lots of places to gather for us. There was a kitchen table, a dining table and a wonderful wraparound porch for sitting outside. We felt very safe in the area, despite arriving after dark. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of knick knacks and antiques - would not have young children in this home but a group of adults is perfect!"

"Very clean & looks brand new inside. Decorated really cute! I didn’t realize it was one of 3 units within a house but that did not affect our stay at all. Just FYI, there is no W/D on-site here, that is in the listing but I didn’t think to check. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, we had a family emergency and she allowed us extra time to leave- THANK YOU!!"

"Would stay again. Pros: Nice, clean apartment located close to campus. Beds are comfortable. Owners are easily reachable and quick to respond. Cons: stairs to upstairs apartments are a little steep. We were going to bring elderly grandparents and it may have been ok but if that could be an issue for your party, get a downstairs unit. This property is new to VRBO and they are still working out some kinks but the owners are quick with communication and customer service is good. "
