"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rambler. There was free parking on the side street next to The Rambler. Numerous restaurants were nearby and Cozy Corner served up some awesome dry rub ribs, potato salad, baked beans, banana pudding and caramel chocolate cake. It felt like The Rambler was right in the heart of things with The Civil Rights Museum and other museums, food, and Beale Street all being close by. The heated pool was a special treat for our kids.

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rambler. There was free parking on the side street next to The Rambler. Numerous restaurants were nearby and Cozy Corner served up some awesome dry rub ribs, potato salad, baked beans, banana pudding and caramel chocolate cake. It felt like The Rambler was right in the heart of things with The Civil Rights Museum and other museums, food, and Beale Street all being close by. The heated pool was a special treat for our kids.

"El edificio es muy bonito. Desafortunadamente al llegar nadie te explica nada sobre las instalaciones, restaurantes o acceso a las vialidades que, se puede lograr desde el hotel. El staff es poco servicial. Además había una restricción de uso de agua en la ciudad y no te dejaban bañar con agua caliente, pero si había agua en las habitaciones y regadera de las mismas, una tontería la verdad. Aún así no ofrecían ninguna alternativa o descuento. En general un lugar muy bonito pero con un servicio...

Maybe we came at the right time of year when there were no games or events going on. I could see how it would be a popular hotel to stay at during basketball season and/or the weekends. "No me gustaron dos cosas:
1. Un solo elevador; es insuficiente para los pisos del hotel y el número de cuartos en cada piso.
2. No respetaron la tarifa acordada. Solo la primer noche cobraron de acuerdo a la reservación y la seguna le subieron arbitrariamente $80 dólares.
Lo reclamé y la persona en recepción dijo no poder hacer nada. Que el lunes siguiente me contactarían y es fecha que no han acreditado lo que pagué de más."
