"4.5/5 Overall it was a nice stay. We walked in to a clean house ready to enjoy. There are a few things I wish were slightly different for example a better stocked kitchen, dish towels, just everyday amenities to make life easier and more homely (actual coffee maker, more dishes, knife set, etc). The pool area is nice and we loved hanging out by it. It’s a large pool with a nice deep end that you can actually swim in. Check in and out process was very simple and reminds me of how staying at a...

"A new establishment that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh. The only thing lacking was toiletries and tissue paper. But if that is ll we have to gripe about, take your own supply and enjoy this new hotel by Marriott. It is priced nicely."

"We had such a wonderful experience staying at Amy’s place! From the very beginning, Amy was an amazing host. She was friendly, welcoming, communicative, and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. She made the entire process, from check-in to check-out, feel easy and stress-free.
The place itself was comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for our family. We were able to relax and truly enjoy our time together, which is exactly what we were hoping for on this trip. Everything about our...

"We enjoyed our weekend getaway here! Wonderful host, very clean and well stocked space, and perfect location close to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach in less than a minute. Also an easy walk to the CB Pier, where there was live music. Parking was easy and accessible. The pool was great and the patio was perfect for morning coffee! "Lee is an amazing host! He responded as quickly as possible and was polite and respectful. The space was as described: clean well maintained and relaxing. The price for the stay was phenomenal. The last place we stayed at in Wilmington failed in comparison. I recommend staying here and plan to again soon! A must see and a 5 all the way"

"Great location! We could walk to the Riverwalk and many restaurants. Parking was on the street, but there was always a spot for us. It is an old house, which is neat with its original windows. The drain in the bathtub was clogged, but while we were out, they came and fixed it right away. Great communication!! in DC Some of the paint could be repainted, but overall, it was a wonderful stay."

"I rented this as a spot for my mom and two teenage nephews while they were in town visiting. Home in we super cute, cold AC, easy to connect to WiFi. The location is very convenient to everything and the outdoor space was just so super cute and relaxing. She’s already said she wants to stay at the same place during her next visit!"
