Summary:
Escape the inbox and the early alarm — Tiki Beach is a fifth-floor oceanfront one-bedroom where the galley kitchen runs straight through to a floor-to-ceiling slider and a curved private balcony over the long beach. A carved-wood King anchors the bedroom; a sea-turtle watercolor hangs above the sleeper sofa in the living room. Right for a honeymoon, a golf trip with the guys, or a work-from-the-beach week. The StayMareni Guest Guide is locally built — the dinner spots most visitors miss.
The Space:
Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower runs at a quieter scale than the resorts further south — Art Deco-inspired exterior, no streets to cross to the sand, free parking at the building. The owners have furnished Tiki Beach with care, and we look after it the way they would. Five floors up, with the ocean carried entirely through the living room glass and a curved private balcony that runs the long-beach panorama.
The living room is the focal point of the floor plan — built around the floor-to-ceiling slider, a sea-turtle watercolor canvas reading as the room's statement piece, a flat-screen TV mounted on the side wall, and a sleeper sofa angled toward the slider for the long-form afternoons. Behind it, the galley kitchen runs as a corridor between the front door and the living room — full electric range and oven, over-range microwave, dark granite counters with oak cabinets, a sage glass-tile backsplash, and a Keurig already loaded for the early riser. The kitchen has an unobstructed sightline straight through to the balcony, which is the part guests notice when the coffee's brewing. The bedroom faces inland — a tall carved-wood King headboard, a white cottage-style dresser and nightstand set, and a small standard window over the parking deck (the ocean lives in the living room). The bath is straightforward — a jetted tub-shower combo with hotel-quality toiletries waiting on arrival.
Down at the pool deck, you'll find the outdoor pool, the lazy river, two hot tubs, and an indoor heated pool tucked away for cooler in-between days. Beside it, an outdoor grassy, palm-filled sitting area overlooks the beach — tables, chairs, umbrellas, and lounge chairs set into the lawn for a quieter alternative to the pool side. Building-wide WiFi is blazing fast and extends from the suite all the way out to the pool deck. Ask about our Celebration setups — balloons, decor, and the small touches that make a birthday or anniversary land.
The walking radius does most of the work. Starbucks sits two or three blocks south, the 21st Avenue restaurant strip another minute or two beyond it, the Convention Center about ten minutes up the road. The north end of the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk is about ten minutes south on foot; Second Avenue Pier sits further down at the south end — a short drive.

Other Things to Note:
We've sweated the details so you can sweat the sun. Settle in. Tiki Beach was put together for the easy beach week — considered, dialed-in, and out of the way when you need it to be. Wake to the Atlantic out the slider, take coffee on the curved balcony, and head straight from the lobby to the sand.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Your door code arrives on check-in day, and everything is waiting inside — K-cups, popcorn, and cookies, along with hotel-quality toiletries (shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, body wash, lotion) and the same hotel-quality linens and towels we'd want for ourselves. Four bath towels per bathroom; stays of four nights or longer get a complimentary refresh. Pool towels are stocked in-suite April 1 through September 30, and available by request the rest of the year. High-speed WiFi throughout the suite. One parking pass. Skip the lobby — your code and parking pass are sent straight to your phone. Ask about our StayMareni Guest Guide — written on the ground in Myrtle Beach, weighted toward the experiences worth carving the morning out for.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
A few things we don't stock so you can plan ahead: cooking oils and spices (bring or pick up what you'll cook with); beach chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys (chair rentals are available right on the sand); daily housekeeping (your suite is fully cleaned and inspected before arrival; a mid-stay refresh is available on request for a small fee); personal toiletries beyond the welcome set (toothpaste, razors, sunscreen); and TV streaming logins (sign in with your own accounts).
PEST CONTROL
Routine, preventive pest control by Beach Pest Control runs the first Tuesday of scheduled months — floors 1–5 in February, April, June, August, and October; floors 6–14 in January, March, May, July, September, and November. Standard building maintenance, scheduled in advance.
GOOD TO KNOW
The keypad responds best when you enter your door code slowly — pause a beat after the last digit, and the door will unlock. Four wrong attempts in a row freezes the pad for a few minutes, so it's worth taking it deliberate the first try. The building's main entry code rotates monthly and arrives with your suite door code on check-in day; if your stay crosses the first of a month, we'll send the new code automatically.
NEIGHBORHOOD NOTICE
A site just south of Boardwalk Oceanfront Tower has begun construction activity. We don't control off-site work, and timing can change, but you may hear intermittent noise during normal daytime hours during your stay. We're sharing this for transparency and to help minimize any inconvenience.
LAUNDRY
No on-site laundry at the resort — the nearest laundromats are a short drive away and accept debit and credit cards.
Friendly reminder: this is a smoke-free home, the booking guest must be 21 or older, and Boardwalk's pool bands are waiting in the suite when you arrive. The monthly Boardwalk access code arrives the day of check-in with your door code.
