"Really cool environment if you are into dinosaurs and fossils. The hotel is older and shows its age in places. But it's clean and well maintained. Bed is not too bad. HVAC is noisy (we've had 2 different rooms with the same issue). Staff is courteous and the included breakfast is pretty good with fresh scrambled eggs, green chili, some kind of meat and potatoes. The coffee is awful, but everything else is quite good."

"Room was clean, bed was comfy, loved the closet space. Our 2 bedroom/1 bath suite was perfect for us to stay for 4 nights. Breakfast was typical continental. The only problems we had was that all 3 TV’s had lines and we could not watch them, and our AC would not cool any lower than 75, even though it was set on 70."

"Bathtubs could use rubber traction strips for when using shower. They are very slippery"

"The best hotel I have stayed at in the last 10 years. The dude at the front desk was super nice and helpful. The thing we liked the most was they had a print out of all the restaurants that were close to the hotel. Everyone from local favorites to your normal chain restaurants. There is a very good Cajun food joint right next to the hotel if you dont feel like driving away from the hotel. Pool was nice. Jets in the hot tub were insane. Highly recommend this Hampton"

"Staff were really nice. Breakfast had some Good options. We chose this place because of the proximity to Red Rocks. Didn’t use the pool because it did not look clean. The seating area outside was nice. Would stay again"
