"The lobby and first floor continually smelled of marijuana, even though it’s a non smoking property. The card readers on all outside access doors didn’t work, so had to come in through the lobby every time. We had intended to do some laundry, but all the machines were out of order. The rooms are only cleaned by request, but that notice is only posted in the elevators and we were on the first floor, so we were unaware until we asked, as it was not mentioned when we checked in."

"Maintenance doesn’t seem to have a strong presence on this property. Room door wouldn’t close properly (cleaning staff jams clothes hangers in open doors to keep them open basically warping the doors), bathroom door handle was almost falling off. Poor management since amenities like shampoo and conditioner were empty (completely out of large shampoo replacement when I asked) coffee cups were missing from room and plastic knives were non existent at breakfast. "Conveniently located by the hospital. Rooms were cheap , breakfast was good (nice way to start the day without having to worry about that stuff). Checking in and out was quick, efficient. No compliments. Would definitely stay there again"

"I had experienced one of my worst stays. The hotel was so old. Only clean sheets and pillows were acceptable; the rest was old and not clean. Although my room was non-smoking, the corridors and halls smelled of weed and many people were smoking weed in front of their rooms. It says breakfast is included. Consider it not included because the options provided are very limited and the breakfast place is not a good environment."
