"Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road. "

"The staff are amazingly helpful, polite and friendly. They made us feel incredibly welcome despite our very late arrival. The waterhole, good and service are great and this has been our experience in Kenya so far. Love the overnight buzzer system which alerts you based on number of buzzes as to which animals have arrived at the waterhole The Ark needs new windows and the shower takes a while to warm up. It is cozy though with the big log fire and the thoughtful provision of hot water bottles...

"Lovely cottage with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and huge living room with the fireplace. It is set on amazing location with great views of Kimakia river and tea plantation. Stuff was very polite and helpful, they are available 24h a day. There is also power generator in case of power failure. The road to the property is a bit tricky, especially last kilometer or two. Our overall experiance was great, highly recommended!"
