"Vi boede på hotel Kaptan den sidste uge i juli og havde et skønt ophold. Vi havde værelse på 2. sal med udsigt over havnen og det var helt perfekt. Der var en del støj fra gaden og de nærliggende restauranter og barer, når vi sad ude på altanen, men når vi lukkede døren derud til, var der fred og ro. "We came to Alanya with my sister for 3 days to relax. We extended our stay 2 more days as we were happier then we expected with our hotel. The staff is wonderful, location is the best (hotel has beautiful pricate beach with great and inexpensive becah menu), rooms were super clean, and open buffet breakfast was with so many great options! We wish we can stay even more. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended. "

"Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit 36 Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war super geschmacksfoll und der Preis hat gepaßt. Zimmer waren alle sehr sauber und großzügig. Nur die Duschtrennwand war sehr verkalkt müßte besser geputzt werde. Aber alles in einem ein seht super Hotel, kommen gerne wieder dort hin."

Konum olarak da otel merkezde olduğu için, akşamları çarşıya, limana vb. merkezi noktalara ulaşmak açısından son derece avantajlıydı. Ayrıca kenti gezmek için toplu taşıma araçlarını kullanmak isteyenler için çoğu toplu taşıma aracının durağına en fazla 7-8 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. "
