"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. "The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!!"

"Bath towel request took all day. From 9:00 a.m. 4:45 p.m. The staff was not friendly walking up and down the hall late at night shouting on the telephone while exercising. Breakfast was lacking. Food pans were empty and cleaned where there never was any breakfast meats or potatoes. Just watered down eggs. Did not use Wi-Fi. Mattress was lumpy and bumpy. When you sat on it you bounced up and down. Metal bed frame sticking out from under the bottom of the mattress. I would never stay there again...

"If I could give it a -100000 I would. I immediately checked out the moment I checked in. This hotel is horrible. It’s so old and outdated. The floors have so many soft spots. Sheets not clean. Bathroom is disgusting. Save ur money. Sleep in your car."

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."
