"At the time of the trip everything was fine. However I just received a fine for having parked at the hotel's parking lot. This is ridiculous. I have appealed, let's see what happens. I hope the hotel's manager can help with this confirming that I was there."

"I stay in around 100 places each year for work and this was bad.
Poor quality fittings and fixtures vey well used. No soap, shower door didn’t close, toilet on some kind of strange plinth. Laminate falling to bits. No Freeview or terrestrial tv, streaming only but WiFi is so bad it doesn’t work at peak times 2 mattresses on bed bottom one very grubby
I think it’s a converted garage.
May suit someone with low standards I ended up leaving after 2 nights stayed last night elsewhere "

"Good food options, because I have an ankle injury ,and moonboot , I found it difficult to get in bed and also have a shower ,no rails and high bath.
Nice having extra pillows to elevate my foot."

"Me gustó que estaba accesible para el mall y tenía variedad de comida en sus desayunos. Sobretodo accesible para ir al puerto Horizon donde iba a tomar el crucero. Otra razón fue que el crucero lo podía ver desde mi ventana ,como a 3 minutos de mi ."

We wished we had stayed Tuesday and Wednesday instead of the Monday so that we could have eaten in the restaurant both nights - the food was delicious. The continental breakfast was also amazing - massive choice to suit all tastes."
