"My daughter and I were very happy with the Palace Luxury Room. It was right in the middle of Split so we could walk everywhere. Was very clean and their driver picked us up at the airport and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most importantly the room was very quiet. Lots going on outside but we slept very comfortably. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel. "Great location, but comes with a drawback. There’s a bar on the first floor and patrons stand outside and smoke throughout the day and night. The cigarette smoke makes it way into the room when you have the windows open. Also, residual street noise from persons walking outside on the same street. The owner Tifani is very responsive and helpful. The breakfast was very good and the staff were wonderful."
