"We stayed two nights at the Osbourne aparthotel Eastbourne Check in was super easy and the front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful, not only at check in but throughout our stay. The first floor apartment itself with its high ceilings was well designed and equipped with everything we needed for our stay, we felt at home straight away and cooked a lovely meal without any problem what so ever, just what we wanted. "For the price was very good just a few negatives 1) I asked if i could leave my luggage before booking in time and was told yes and given code to enter.....but no one came so for security reasons i could not really leave it. 2) No word done on room between my 3 nights stay 3) long life milk was curdled ? down to very hot weather?)"

"Staff are exceptional. When I arrived the desk girl gave us a free upgrade to a sea view room. The hotel is dated for sure but the breakfast buffet was decent and the staff very helpful giving us gluten free toast and sausage. Overall don’t go expecting a posh hotel but for value for money and a short stay it was ideal.
