"Overall experience was great. The only drawback was the unavailability of iron. Location is great and the overall appearance of the hotel looks better in person. Highly recommended."

"If many overseas visitors use the hotel it would be good to have more information in English. Need clear instructions on how to check in. It was by chance that the good young manager came out as I think he saw me on CCTV waiting outside (this was before the official check-in time). Wasn't aware there was no desk to check in upon arrival."
