"Great place! Great location! Serene…"

"The room was fine if a little on the small side with separate toilet and shower cubicles. The buffet breakfast was okay - not sure why so many reviews cited this as a strength as it was ... okay. It's a bit out of the way but with bus stops literally outside the entrance this is not actually a problem. The main negatives were the bare pool area with no shade and in the room that the electrically operated curtains put you in full view of the people living in the houses next door. Not sure why...

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

"false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in."

"多少古さはあったが、よくメンテはされている。改修でリノベもやろうとしてるみたい。 若干チェックインが遅れただけで朝食をサービスしてくれたが、朝食もメニュー豊かで非常に良かった。"

"Beautiful views from top roof. The bigger pool had lots of space to enjoy. The staff were lovely and happy to assist in any request."

"The infinity pool is great for families. The shuttle for visits is resourceful and pass every 15 minutes. The walk along the marina is peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The attendants are very friendly."

"It was nice and quiet. Pet friendly and saw dos and (heard) cat in a lobby but not in a room. Want to try to bring our cats as every tine we feel guilty leaving them at boarding."

"The hotel is great. The only thing that was not so good was the airconditioning - it was much too cold. Turning the dial to 30 degrees did nothing. We had to open the window to get it a bit warmer, but then mosquitos came in. There is no fly screen on the window. There was a sign asking us not to turn the airconditioning off, so we suffered the cold."

"Relatively central but you get what you pay for."

"Great location, friendly & helpful staff, good amenities & lovely rooms. I would totally recommend- Anne -UK"
