"Clean room good area and helpful staff"

"This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM."

"It was the perfect place for our 2 families. Lots of room, very clean, tons of towels and in the perfect location for us. Communication was fast a helpful."

"Great location. Directly above the Namba station which was great! Easy walking to dotonburi, the covered market across the street and the underground stores. Close walk to shinbaishi. Typical high rise hotel with some sculptures and art throughout which was a nice touch. Small room but comfortable bed, great bathroom. Wifi was terrible and would stop working through the night and during the day."

"A real find - minutes from all the action and the station. I have a high standard of cleanliness and this exceeded my standards! The hotel staff are so friendly and think of the things you will need before you do. From lending umbrellas out for the rain to a ride to the station when it was raining hard. Each member of staff so friendly without exception. We stayed in room 602 which was so quiet - away from the freeway. Spacious as well which was a lovely surprise. Great shower. Overall...

"This was a wonderful place to stay! Staff were wonderful! Location was perfect!!! Would recommend 10/10"

"Comfortable stay, with great location near amenities/food/malls/Namba station. Some road noise depending on room, expected in Namba. Room with washer/dryer is god sent"

"Convenient location, excellent breakfast, beautiful view from room."

"Geoffery at the front desk was extremely helpful as well as the concierges."

"The Hotel Balian provides a unique experience with its Thai themed hotel settings. There is a curry buffet available for those that enjoy curry dishes, drinks, beverages, snacks, and more amenities than you can imagine. I state drinks as this is an adult only hotel as you are able to make your own cocktails! There’s also a wonderful coffee bar for those that love coffee. The room we had was awesome as it had a mini karaoke setup, hot rock spa, and did mention amazing amenities. It’s located...
