"No hubo agua caliente los tres de dias de mi estadia , hubo que solicitar agua caliente en baldes para la ducha. Deben reembolsar me al menos 50 % del dinero porque perdi mucho tiempo en espera y perdi tiempo para turismo."

"Outstanding hotel, rooms are fabulous, excellent service by all the staff, especially restaurant staff, that looked after us daily for all our personal demands. Superb food quality. Good location, only minutes within shopping areas."

"They only had a buffet option for breakfast"

"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "

"I don’t understand why they charge us extra for 3 days breakfast. Hotel.com had already collected money. But service is excellent. Those boys are outstanding."
