"Very nice property. Breakfast was a very good quality, and varied day today as far as items offered. Always had eggs, waffles, sausage, etc. But prepared in various ways. Room was clean and well maintained, and the additional outdoor entrance to first level rooms was very convenient."

"Such a great Lodge! So glad I found this gem. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful location with a “view” of GW & TJ on Mount Rushmore. About a 2 minute drive to the monument. Large area for kids to play in the evening and a fire pit to cozy around in the evenings. We had a delicious burger in the restaurant in the evening. The breakfast was on par for free hotel breakfast. The only negative I would have is that the rooms are not very soundproof. And definitely ask for an upstairs...

"Nice stop after seeing Mount Rushmore. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good. It was long time to get the water hot but once it was, it was great. Not a fan of the pillows, noisy a/c or the spotty wifi but we streamed the world cup on our devices and enjoyed a beer on the bar deck. Seemed like a great place for families with playground & pool."

The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. "The motel was well kept and it was clean. The staff was also very helpful and welcoming. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and tourist shops. It was a short drive to Mt. Rushmore and to Rapid City. The rooms had a microwave and a mini fridge in case you bring snacks or drinks with you. It was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone making the trip out to Rapid City to see the Black Hills, Mt. Rushmore, the Crazy Horse memorial or wherever your travels might...
