"Good location with full kitchen facilities. Property is old and not well maintained, thin walls and if you are on first floor then be ready to hear disturbances even when someone walks on upper floor. Had loud exhaust fans in bathroom, very old carpet and lamps lights out. Definitely NOT A LUXURY SUITE as name suggests."

"AC worked well, water was hot with good pressure, room was quiet, but the guy that checked me in (I think maybe the manager) made it very clear that checking me in was a nuisance. Also the bed was pretty hard, & there were a couple things that needed cleaned-the curtain was actually really dirty where everyone pulls it back. But the worst was the rude check in. Besides that it was okay"

"The property was not totally clean. Dust and cobwebs were present. Only 2 tv channels worked and the WIFI was weak and intermittent. When I brought this to the management's attention, they said there was someone coming from 200 miles away to repair it. That never happened in the two days we were there."

"This was a very nice, family friendly place to stay. You are about 40 minutes from Rapid City Airport, 1 minute from downtown Keystone, and minutes away from Mount Rushmore and other activities. I highly recommend this place if you are doing a South Dakota trip."

"Ha sido terrible , las sábanas estaban revueltas en el sofá cama y la cama no estaba completamente echa, tuvimos que pedir un cambio a lo que la persona de enfrente , que de escogí estaba ocupándose de la recepción y el lavado además de el mismo cambiar las sábanas , accedió de muy mala forma. El precio es exagerado para lo que es, habitaciones sucias oscuras y pequeñas . No volvería jamás!!"

"Room was dirty with brown water. The shower handle came off in my hand. Tile was broken and Sharp as glass at toe level.(Very dangerous) TV wire's were not in wire hider. It seemed like the housekeeper and the maintenance just gave up. The desk clerk said that the water was always brown but the manager said that the water was never brown either way it was gross to brush my teeth and then see brown water. No compensation was offered or received for the two rooms I rented."

"Unplug and reset!! We stayed in the stargazer tent and it as very cool! The location/view was fantastic. The tents were so clean and well kept. The whole site was quiet during sleeping hours which we really appreciated. The staff was very nice and check-in/out was a breeze. Anything we needed the staff was able to provide quickly and even did so without asking for things we didn't notice. Food from the restaurant was nice, cleaner eating and very welcomed after eating on the road/fast food prior...

"The beds were so comfortable! The Lodge is located in Keystone, but kind of off the main drag, so it was peaceful. The staff was very helpful and gave great suggestions for what to see and do!"

"Mold in multiple rooms, pool chlorine can be smelled anywhere in the interior of the building. If staying on 2nd or 3rd floor will be asked to drive up the ramp, given sloping will likely scrap the bottom of the car. Seems like a nice place many years ago but has been left to disrepair."
