"Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel en grande partie rénové. Les extérieurs doivent encore l’être et dénotent. Le personnel était amical et très serviable. Les chambres et le restaurant sont aménagés et décorés avec goût dans une maison Toscane typique de l’extérieur, moderne de l’intérieur. Le petit déjeuné était merveilleux. Le spa est petit mais très joli et nous avons adoré le massage de Cécilia. Le seul bémol est le prix un peu trop élevé. "

On arrival we were greeted personally by Paolo who upgraded us to the best room in the resort, helped us with the luggage and gave us a tour of the whole property. "Very special hotel with nice hot spring pools, sauna, etc. The staff is super helpful and the installations nicer than the pictures. Their breakfast (which was included) and food is delicious! Nice place to visit Pienza and Montepulciano. In general we had a very relaxing experience it this hotel and would definitively would like to go back one day. "
