"Rooms, though tastefully decorated, are a little tired. Very mouldy silicone in shower tray and clearly tea cups washed in sink rather than taken to be run through dishwasher. Reception area is very grotty and accessed from outside next to kitchen/bin store! Just small things missing like coffee machine, but no pods. Garden maintenence guy blowing leaves at 6am every morning also painful!! But... staff are friendly and location vibrant. Could be so good!! "

"The hotel was really lovely and very convenient for Mercedes World and the Brooklands museum. I had a trackside bedroom which was brilliant for a Motorsport fan. It would have been nice to have biscuits in the room with the tea/coffee facilities,but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of my stay . The shower was very powerful and great! I would definitely stay again! "

"Lovely hotel and pub. Room was impressive, nice and large, and spotlessly clean Super king bed was unexpected. Rarely seen in many hotels so this was a definite delight. "Hotel was easy to find and with plenty of parking. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests. Room was lovely and spacious as too the bathroom. Aircon was a pkus with it being quite hot when visited in the summer. Lovely dining area with plenty of seating, we ate outside and food was delicious in the evening and at breakfast. I would order breakfast when booking as it is £15 and not £10 as advertised. Will stay again whrn in the area."

Beautiful spacious rooms, especially the ones over looking the river with Juliet balcony, where you can watch the ducks & swans- all very idyllic. Staff are helpful & always available. "The Kings Arm was a great place to stay. The staff were excellent, always smiling. We needed a place to stay convenient to Windsor Great Park - the journey took about 15mins. The bedroom was not large but had everything in it we needed. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were changed every day. The only thing I would say - there were planters outside the property in the car park with dead plants - wouldn’t be difficult to replant and would look so much better....
