"A fantastic pub hotel in a historic part of the city. A great place to explore from. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfasts was delicious and the evening meal we had was too class. The Wyk pie is highly recommended! All in all a fantastic stay in a beautiful city. "

"The property was basic, as expected, but the host's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and erratic. After honestly correcting a simple booking mistake (one guest instead of two) and promptly offering payment, the host initially seemed polite but slow to respond.
Things turned serious when I accidentally locked myself out of the bedroom—without shoes or phone—and urgently contacted him via my smartwatch. He claimed he'd arrive in an hour but vanished for hours, ignoring multiple calls....

El desayuno inglés estaba muy bueno y tenías diferentes opciones a elegir en la carta.El servicio era atento y eficiente.
El día de la llegada cenamos en el pub y fue una agradable experiencia.

Malcolm meet us as hosts were out, what a fantastic man, so friendly and funny and even offered to taxi us to our party as no taxis available. Great one night stay, Graham and Kay are excellent hosts , breakfast was fantastic .cheap local parking a bonus .

"Lovely location and the room was quiet apart from the plumbing. We stayed for 1 night, the room was adequate although bathroom had a bad smell of drains with no extractor fan. The bed was lumpy on one side. The swimming pool is tired looking but we enjoyed our swim. Friendly staff. We would stay here again. Thank you."
