"Room was not well insulated, as you could hear every person walking down the hallway. I was on the first floor, which had a view of two other hotel room windows and a bushy plant. They did have comfortable pillows which is a plus. Very small bathrooms, but large enough bedrooms. The hotel notes you can use their peloton bikes that are in an open air courtroom, but when I tried, the hotel had to find the power cords to plug in the bikes. 10 minutes later, I was tired of waiting (it was...

"Great location for exploring San Francisco. We used Lyft, bus, light rail, and walked to the Embarcadero, North Beach, Union Square, and Oracle Park. Very comfortable beds, quiet, great-smelling products, and a spotless bathroom. The staff was very attentive, and my daughter commented on the Forbes service. I assumed the property was newly renovated when it was completed in 2023."

"Wonderful, funky, place to stay while in The City. Walking distance to everything you want while in San Francisco. Bars, Food, books, coffee (some of the best), art, people, transportation, etc., etc., etc..... We had a wonderful time. We'll be back."

"The hotel is well located, room was solid. The A/C in my room wasn’t working, instead of offering to move me I went back to the room at night to a note saying they got me a heater - which they didn’t. Staff was kind and tried to help but time and time again I was told one thing and got another."

"Clean room and quiet if you are facing the inner garden. Someone was smoking inside another room so the whole floor smelled bad. Breakfast was good but way too expensive (26$ + taxes and tips for 2 eggs with 3 slices of bacon and a toast). Overall a great experience in a nice neighborhood, but in the end felt a little too expensive for what it is."
