The room was kept in great condition by housekeeping, front desk staff was extremely professional and helpful, guest services was attentive and warm and the cafe staff was friendly and on point with service. A few names I want to specifically highlight: Muriel Parin Christina Moezzah Momal Ubaid Daim Jibran Mariam These individuals made my stay outstanding and are to be commended highly. This is a great hotel, with an amazing staff. 10 stars!"

"At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed. "

"Love the hospitality of the staff. Cleanliness was very good, we had all the in house bed ware , cutlery, toiletries and etc well cleaned and hygienic. Property was well looked after, with cctv , all the amenities are well in excellent condition. The room rates and refunds were well economic i.e value for money!"

"this property is not a hotel, it's a simple guest house in a very congested busy rough area. The Bungalow location is very hidden no signboards, and no one in the area knows about this hotel where about. I spend 20-30mins trying to locate this property, was scared of the area, and still asked 4 people for the direction of this site but no one knows. I have to book another property to stay and paid more. I will suggest avoiding this property and paying a little bit more and booking near the city...

UPON ARRIVAL, THE receptionist refused TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. IT IS AN UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. I FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I HAVE BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA. BYE..."
