"Soy un gran fan de Mandarín. Calculo que he estado en cerca de 30 distintos en todo el mundo. Donde hay uno, lo elijo. El de Shanghai, muy inesperadamente, no me pareció sobresaliente en servicio y en calidad de sus restaurantes, a pesar de haber experimentado"

"My wife and I are both travel advisors - any of our clients looking to visit Shanghai will be strongly recommended to stay at this property. Location, location, location! Close to the Bund, subway, and an excellent Didi pickup point. Property is clean, well managed, modern, fantastic included laundry and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t say enough about the property! (Except get a better ice maker please?)"

"I've stayed at the Regent in Taipei so trusted it would just as good in Shanghai. Clearly something is missing. Huge shortage of staff in comparision. Not enough at front desk, aside from the environment it is not different than a 2 star motel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful when they have time and get to you.
Had to ask reguarly for more coffee and cream in the room. Budget cuts come to mind when these things add up. Staff cuts, skimping on little things like coffee creamers, only...

"Big hotel with nice, modern rooms. Some rooms have very small windows, though. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of options, and the staff were really helpful. They also provided complimentary bottled water every day. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being conveniently located near a shopping area and Metro station. One downside was that we found a small cockroach in the bed and had to switch rooms. The staff acted quickly to sort it out and followed up with us to make sure everything...
