Awfully slow receptionist. We wanted an early check-in. She failed to tell us when we could get our rooms, even when we were sitting in the reception area. Seemed to not be very tuned in on her job.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The location is amazing—you really don’t need a car because most places are within walking distance, which made exploring Salzburg so easy and convenient. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast selection was great, especially since it was included with the stay. I also really liked that there was free water and a coffee machine available in the lobby, which made it a nice place to relax and hang out during the day or even at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would 100% stay here again whenever I’m back in Salzburg. Highly recommend!
