The check in was very efficient and they called us beforehand to make sure our driver knew directions - when we arrived there was someone waiting for us before the road to the hotel (as its pedestrian only) they took our luggage and it was a premium service. "This was a wonderful property…our favorite during our two weeks in Sicily. We had a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with an infinity pool. The views of Isola Bella and the sea were unbeatable! Be sure and catch the sunrise when you are there. Rudy and Alessandra were amazing. They are so kind and were very attentive when we needed to reserve a taxi. When we arrived in Taormina, we purchased groceries at a local coop so that we could cook breakfast in the apartment each day. Grocery...

"Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable and offered complementary snacks and soft drinks. Parking was an issue as I had to park offsite but it was probably only about a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the hotel. It’s only an issue because I had two rolling suitcases. Other than that, it was perfect and I would stay there again. You are in the heart of the city."
