Stackable Washer/Dryer Microwave, Disposal, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator, 2 slot toaster and 12 cup coffee maker . 2 flat screen and 1 other TV, 3 DVDs, CD Player, 35 " Flat Screen In Living Room, Balcony with two chairs, love seat and three tables. Master bathroom has double sink and glass door shower only. Hall bathroom has a glass door shower/tub combo. Beautiful Condo with fountain view. **NO SMOKING**Pets allowed up to 35 lbs. but no cats. Bright Beach Package. Close to all conveniences!!! Enjoy the gym, indoor or outdoor pool, brand new pickleball courts and common grill area when you stay. Also make sure you check out the executive golf course, three par and disc golf. The three par is lighted at night. Golf passes available for weekly and monthly renters. We always stay at Tupelo bay when we go to the Myrtle Beach area. They have a great setup with the pools, gym, and a golf cart rental place just a few blocks away. The condo was very clean and decorated well. We also enjoyed the 3rd floor balcony view overlooking the golf course. Highly recommend!

Good rental

Property was just as presented. Older carpet that was freshly cleaned, and stayed moist for 3 days, upon moving in. Area is quiet and neighbors were very cordial. Would recommend to other renters. Rental office personel were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Convenient and comfortable

Unit was nicely decorated. Property was nice, pool was not busy. They are building a new unit but it didn't impact me. Stove was old, but I wasn't looking to cook! I bought linen package which I feel is must have. Very low quality. Brought dog and had no issues. Felt safe walking him at all hours. Was on 3rd floor but there was elevator. Went to Marsh walk, Pawleys Island or brookgreen gardens every day

GREAT

Checking in and out was very simple with Rose Realty basically across the street. Drop-off box for keys if you leave while the office is closed. This property was very clean and well maintained. I wondered about an iron ad I didn't see it mentioned anywhere. There is an iron for anyone wondering. Kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Great location, not far from things but still nice and quiet. Shuttle to and from Surfside Beach is convenient. Great stay and looking forward to doing it again!

Doesn't get better than this!

Our family had an amazing stay. The property was located close to everything. All of the residents were very friendly. The place was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, spacious, and safe. Love that it was pet friendly! Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Stay

Our stay was great. The check in was so easy and the Villa was spotless and perfect for our family. The shuttle they offered to the beach was so convenient. The amenities were great and we loved the location. I do not have one negative thing to say!

Great golfing community

The check in and check out was extremely easy and the people at Rose were very easy to work with. I was not prepared for the lengthy agreement that had to be completed and faxed but once that was done it was an easy trip after that. The people of this community are just the nicest group of people. Everyone was super kind to my 3 girls and our family. We never went out to walk our dog without someone stopping to speak or engage in a friendly conversation. The condo is on the 3rd floor so it was a little tough on our Basset Hound's little legs but he was easily convinced to continue climbing. There is an elevator that was helpful for moving in and out. This is a classy development and I would definitely consider it again if we decide to stay in South Myrtle. The pool is a little bit of a walk away but is very clean and well done. It even has two small putt-putt holes that can be played on. The condo's it self was a great two bedroom right outside of the elevator. The couch had a sleeper sofa that was perfect for our oldest. Overall I would highly recommend for other families.
