The main living area is designed for relaxed gatherings, with generous seating centred around the TV and sliding doors opening out to the patio. Here, outdoor dining and a BBQ set the scene for long lunches or easy evenings by the water. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed, with modern appliances, ample bench space and everything needed for effortless meal preparation, while a 10-seater dining table brings everyone together for shared meals and conversation.

Upstairs, a secondary living area offers a quieter place to unwind, ideal for reading or taking in the elevated river outlook. The covered balcony extends the living space outdoors, providing a peaceful spot to start the day or wind down as the sun sets.

The home includes four thoughtfully styled bedrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom offers a private retreat with a king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite. Downstairs, two bedrooms each feature a queen bed and ceiling fans, while the fourth bedroom includes two single beds, making it well-suited to families or groups. Two bathrooms add convenience, including a main bathroom with a bathtub and a private ensuite upstairs.

A full laundry with washer and dryer supports longer stays, while additional features such as WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and off-street parking for one vehicle ensure everyday ease and comfort.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please note the property offers direct access to the river, so guests should take care around the unfenced waterfront, especially with children.

Stairs are required to access the primary suite, secondary living area and balcony. A stair lift is available.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
