"This is NOT a 3 bedroom, it is a 2 bedroom with a small futon in the living room. Access is by outside stairs that are grate-style. Apartment was clean except for floors and under the beds. Kitchen was great (stovetop bulb is not operational), plenty of cookware and kitchenware. Internet was not working. Close to downtown area, plenty of parking, walking distance to local shops, quiet area."

"The pond did not look like it did in the picture and it was a disgusting color and did not have a beach walk in area. There was also a bug in the refrigerator and on the floor by the refrigerator and then another bug by the garbage can and there was dog food from previous people that wasn’t picked up also thought it was ridiculous at 830 in the morning there was a mowing crew outside that was woken up to on my vacation and I took pictures of it "
