"I always take lots of Before & After pictures. To ensure I have proof of the property condition. Its an up stairs unit, I never saw this information. My mom has a difficult time with stairs so that was important. The place was well designed and cute. Beds were very comfortable and clean. Nice tvs in every room. A few issues, in the bathroom, the towels and washcloths had stains on them and needs to be replaced. The hand soap bottles were empty. Where the towels are placed there was a metal...

"The photos and description of the place are accurate. It's in a good location about 15 minutes from U Chicago by walking. The building is a little old, but in decent shape. Overall the apartment was fine -- clean, pretty comfortable. The apartment has all the basics, but no extras of any kind -- the only spices in the kitchen are salt & pepper and some sugar.
