Welcome to this unique and atmospheric log house in Torreby, beautifully located right by the edge of the sea inlet in Munkedal. Here you stay in a peaceful, nature-close setting with a private jetty, swimming ladder, and the possibility to rent a boat – a perfect choice for those seeking both comfort and proximity to nature and water. The house accommodates up to 13 people, with a total of 11 regular beds divided among three bedrooms, a loft with three mattresses, and a living room with a fold-out armchair.



The accommodation offers a delightful spa experience with a sauna, shower, toilet, and an outdoor jacuzzi – all with a view of the water. Perfect for relaxing after a day at sea. The living room is spacious and social with a dining area, sofa group, and piano. From the upstairs bedroom, you have access to a small balcony with a view.



The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of workspace. Fiber internet, washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace, and air-source heat pump make your stay comfortable and enjoyable all year round. Note: Outdoor furniture is available from May 1st to October 1st.

Torreby is known for its beautiful castle, hiking trails, and the popular Torreby Golf Club – one of Sweden’s oldest. Just outside the door, you have access to swimming, fishing, and boat trips directly from your own jetty. For those who want to explore more of Bohuslän, the coast, hills, and charming seaside towns such as Fjällbacka, Smögen, and Lysekil are within easy reach.



Uddevalla is about 30 minutes away by car and offers a wider range of shopping, restaurants, and activities.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 5000 SEK is required and must be paid on arrival. It will be refunded about 1 week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels are not provided – please bring your own

• Final cleaning is mandatory and costs 2500 SEK per booking

• Electricity is included in the rent.

• Firewood can be purchased from the owner for 125 SEK/bag, payment on site.

• Boat available for rent (motor included). Price: 995 SEK/day or 5000 SEK/week. Boat rental is paid on site.

• Smoking is not allowed.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
