"Staff were excellent and very helpful. Very nice place. Room was not that clean found raper on floor and not dirty behind the doors. Food was nice but not alot of variety if staying for a longer period than 2 days."

First person wasn't overly helpful as we weren't sent a code however another staff member was able to help us and give us access to our room and provide information, offer drinks, food even though it was close to kitchen closing time. Rest of stay, staff were friendly, room had a view of the beach but parking was limited and had to park in vacant block across the road because there was not marked parking and...

"We recently stayed at the Big4 Lucinda on our way south to Townsville. The Park is beautifully maintained, set amongst tropical foliage, very picturesque. The onsite cabin we had was brilliant, roomy, well appointed with everything you needed. Close to the Lucinda Hotel for a beautiful meal. On your travels North or South We strongly recommend staying at the Big$4Lucinda."
