Bom hotel, equipe atenciosa. Para quem vai de trem é perfeita! A estação fica “dentro” do hotel, e é extremamente silencioso.

The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.
