Lovely room, friendly staff, great view from the roof. Such a shame it was let down by the smell of rotting cabbage in the bathroom and the lack of water pressure and warm water in the shower. One star removed for that. Otherwise a good stay.

Loved the design of the villa and the layout of the resort. Staff were all nice and friendly. Staff dropped us off with a club car at the elephant park next to the resort and we walked back after having some good time with the beautiful animals. Breakfast was good and the two pools were very big. ...

This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ...
