"Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it."

"ME Hotel was an amazing. The staff were very welcoming and made the stay experience wonderful. We ate at 2 of the restaurants for lunch then dinner on the rooftop. "Staff were extremely helpful with info on where to go and how to get around. My room was very spacious. The pool was pleasingly warm - the jacuzzi was having some problems - not hot. Steam room and sauna also worked great. Short walk down to the beach to catch the bus. Initially very hard to find on Google map walking! Overall, definitely recommend. "

"Hotel is very cool - in concept. EVERYTHING requires maintenance, refresh, replacement. I'd rather have way less "neat" and techno items, but the things there worked well. Beds and bedding were good. Rooms were very spacious. However, we paid ignificantly more for a suite with a sauna - sauna was disgustingly dirty.
