Not a 5 star hotel by my standards.
The rooms are tired and need a remodel.
On one occasion, housekeeping left our room door ajar for the entire day, leaving our belongings completely exposed.
We were repeatedly left without bottled water and given the incorrect number of towels for...

Everything was perfect!
Great room, helpful professional staff, fantastic breakfast and evening meals.
Comfy sunbeds, lovely swimming pool. Good gym and free bookable access to vitality suite.
I didn't want to leave. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend as a base to stay in Malta for a holiday"
